5.1 The zz999 platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, wagers, and winnings are denominated and settled in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. zz999 reserves the right to modify supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

5.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. zz999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC/AML checks.
5.5 zz999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Funds found to originate from third-party sources may be confiscated.

7.3 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published per game. These are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.4 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live wager, zz999 will resolve the outcome based on the recorded server-side game state at the time of disconnection.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zz999 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, goodwill, or data; (c) losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
10.2 zz999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While zz999 uses reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted access, no warranty is given that the platform will be error-free or continuously available.
11.1 zz999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits from their account settings.
11.2 If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to use the voluntary self-exclusion option available in your account settings. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

12.2 Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the zz999 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations.
